Licensed Insurance Compliance Advisor

Job Summary

Providing high-touch support and operational assistance for the Second Nature Insurance program, the full-time Licensed Insurance Compliance Advisor will engage with residents and property management companies, manage claims, and assist clients in establishing legal business entities while working remotely.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver empathetic support regarding coverage details, claims, and compliance requirements to clients and residents
• Assist clients in establishing legal business entities and manage the end-to-end process of obtaining and renewing business licenses
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes and enhance customer experience while maintaining service level agreements

Required Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance licenses in good standing (multi-state preferred)
• 3+ years of experience as a licensed insurance agent or in administrative, legal, compliance, or operations roles within an insurance agency
• Familiarity with state registration processes and compliance filings
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Google Suite, Slack, and Zoom
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
