Job Summary

Dedicated to providing exceptional service, the full-time Licensed Insurance Customer Service Representative will manage policyholder inquiries, document interactions, and collaborate with teammates in a fully remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Address policyholder service inquiries via phone and email regarding certifications, billing, and policy modifications
  • Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's systems
  • Meet case volume targets set by Service Leadership while maintaining professionalism in communications
Required qualifications
  • 2 years' experience in a call center or fast-paced customer service environment
  • Active Commercial Property and Casualty license
  • Experience in the insurance industry
  • Strong computer skills, including familiarity with CRM platforms and videoconferencing tools
  • Ability to handle phone calls and emails for up to 8 hours a day
