Job Summary
A company is looking for a Remote Licensed Insurance Representative P&C.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle and respond to all inbound and outbound customer inquiries
- Provide excellent customer service through active listening and issue resolution
- Work with confidential customer information and assist with pricing plans for comparison-shopping customers
Required Qualifications
- Possess Property & Casualty Insurance License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
