Job Summary

A company is looking for a Remote Sales Agent (Inside Sales).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle phone call transfers and follow up with members to complete sales opportunities
• Achieve monthly sales goals and maintain compliance with sales ethics and guidelines
• Qualify members and recommend appropriate insurance solutions based on their needs

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Life and Health License preferred, but assistance is provided to obtain it
• Proven successful sales record in insurance sales
• Technologically savvy and able to adapt to training and coaching
• High level of integrity and a desire to help others
