What You'll Do

• Operate as a self-employed Independent Contractor
• Support customers with selecting insurance policies, generating quotes and completing applications
• Handle inbound calls from pre-qualified customers
• Utilize product knowledge to explain options and address customer needs
• Navigate proprietary software tools to ensure efficient client service

Qualifications

• Must hold an active Life & Health insurance license as follows:
• Residents of Texas or Florida: active Life & Health license in your resident state, OR ---->Residents of a Liveops-sourced state: must hold both California Resident + Non-Resident Life & Health licenses, OR ---->Active Life & Health licenses in your resident state plus TWO additional non-resident states
• Reliable wired internet connection, Windows PC (Mac/Chromebook/tablet not supported) and Android or Apple phone
• Self-motivated, able to set and manage your own schedule
• Previous experience in sales of insurance or customer service preferred

Compensation & Earnings*

• $0.32 per minute of talk time
• PLUS 3.20% commission on Issued New Annualized Premium (for applications with pay via credit card/EFT)
• In 2024, top agents averaged $24-$54 per hour; actual earnings vary based on hours committed, performance and sales ability
• Self-employed status (1099): you are responsible for your own taxes and expenses
• Holding licenses in multiple states may increase call volume and earning potential

Hours & Scheduling

• Scheduling blocks in 30-minute increments
• Call volumes typically Monday-Friday 8 a.m.-10 p.m. ET and Saturdays 9 a.m.-5 p.m. ET
• You decide your schedule more hours = more opportunity!
