Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Sales Agent to assist clients with their insurance needs through inbound and outbound calls.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls for multiple insurance products and make outbound calls to follow up on quotes
  • Establish relationships with clients while achieving monthly sales goals and tracking personal performance
  • Navigate computerized systems for data entry and adhere to underwriting requirements and corporate policies
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED
  • One (1) plus year of sales-related experience
  • One (1) plus year of call center and/or insurance experience
  • Property & Casualty or Personal Lines insurance license or willingness to obtain one
  • Ability to become appointed/licensed as a non-resident agent in applicable states
