Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Call Center Sales Agent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate insurance products
  • Establish strong customer and community relationships to develop additional leads and referrals
  • Maintain partnerships with insurance company representatives and underwriters
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
  • An active Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
  • Schedule availability on Sundays and Monday through Thursday
  • 2+ years of sales experience in Personal Lines Insurance (home & auto)
  • Experience selling in multiple states or selling multiple carriers
  • Proficiency in navigating various software, including CRM and MS Office
