Job Summary

A company is looking for a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent- BPO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients regarding Medicare plans
  • Explain Medicare options, benefits, and enrollment processes to clients
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads promptly


Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
  • Continuing Education (CEs) up to date
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows environment and multiple CRM software systems
