Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative (11am-8pm CST Shift).

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers through inbound inquiries to recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships and applying consultative sales techniques
• Communicate the value of insurance products and guide customers through the sales process

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Active P&C license in the current state of residence
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
• Comfort with adhering to performance metrics and schedules
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
