Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative (Base Salary + Monthly Incentives).

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers by handling inbound inquiries to recommend tailored insurance solutions
• Meet or exceed sales targets through strong customer relationships and effective sales techniques
• Communicate the value of insurance products while addressing customer questions and guiding them through the sales process

Required Qualifications

• At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
• Active P&C license in the current state of residence
• Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
• Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
