Job Summary

To support a growing insurance brokerage, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, explain Medicare options, and tailor solutions to meet client needs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls to discuss Medicare plans, creating a friendly atmosphere
  • Clearly explain Medicare options and enrollment processes to ensure clients feel informed
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads promptly
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Continuing Education (CEs) must be up to date
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems
