Job Summary

Handling inbound and outbound calls, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will create a welcoming environment to discuss Medicare plans, ensuring clients are informed and confident in their choices while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, discussing Medicare options and benefits
  • Tailor solutions to meet each client's unique needs while fostering trust and rapport
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads promptly to maximize opportunities
Required qualifications
  • Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
  • Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Continuing Education (CEs) must be up to date
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems
