Job Summary
Connecting with potential customers remotely, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will handle inbound inquiries, recommend tailored insurance solutions, and focus on closing sales while benefiting from company-provided warm leads and uncapped earnings potential.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound inquiries via phone, email, and text to understand customer needs and recommend insurance solutions
- Meet or exceed sales targets by building strong customer relationships and applying effective sales techniques
- Communicate the value of insurance products while addressing customer questions and guiding them through the sales process
Required qualifications
- At least 6 months of P&C insurance experience in a fast-paced sales environment
- Active P&C license in the current state of residence
- Proven track record of closing sales and exceeding targets
- Proficiency with CRM systems and telephone software
- Self-motivated and results-driven mindset with a passion for hitting goals
