Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent to work full-time remotely, responsible for taking inbound calls to assist customers in comparing prices and purchasing auto and home insurance, while participating in comprehensive paid training to enhance sales skills.
Key responsibilities:
- Manage inbound sales calls and guide customers through the insurance purchasing process
- Participate in ongoing training programs to improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and complete necessary continuing education
Required qualifications:
- Active resident state Property & Casualty license in good standing
- 2+ years of inbound sales experience preferred
- High school diploma or GED required
- Ability to obtain multiple non-resident state licenses and appointments
- Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home workspace free from distractions
