Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

Driven by a passion for technology and sales, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers remotely, managing an average of 150 inbound leads per month and providing exceptional customer experiences without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze and sell personal lines insurance policies to motivated real-time car buyers
• Prepare and cross-sell personalized quotes while navigating multiple carrier systems
• Close sales at a high conversion rate and ensure an unmatched customer experience

Required qualifications

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
• 1+ years of experience selling auto and home insurance in a call center environment
• Experience working in a high-volume call center
• Proficiency with AMS360, PL Rater, or similar rating tools is preferred
• Strong computer and IT skills with a reliable home internet connection
