Job Summary
Managing inbound and outbound calls, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will create a welcoming environment to discuss Medicare plans, ensuring clients understand their options while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective clients, discussing Medicare options and benefits
- Adapt approaches to meet each client's unique needs and provide tailored solutions
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow up on leads promptly
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of successful outbound dialing sales experience in the Medicare industry
- Valid Resident State Health Insurance license
- Continuing Education (CEs) are up to date
- High School Diploma or GED
- Proficient in Microsoft Windows and multiple CRM software systems
