Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

Driven and motivated, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will analyze, advise, and sell personal lines insurance policies to customers remotely, handling approximately 150 inbound leads per month without cold calling.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze customer needs and provide personalized insurance quotes while cross-selling policies
• Close sales with a strong conversion rate, ensuring an exceptional customer experience
• Participate in comprehensive training and adhere to the assigned New Agent Schedule post-training

Required qualifications

• A valid Property and Casualty insurance license
• 1+ years of experience selling auto and home insurance in a high-volume call center
• Experience with multiple carriers and state coverages
• Proficient in computer systems and insurance rating tools, such as AMS360 and PL Rater
• Strong self-initiative to follow up on warm leads and drive sales to completion
