Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing remote sales team, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will take inbound calls to assist customers in comparing prices and purchasing auto and home insurance while participating in comprehensive training programs.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound sales calls to provide insurance quotes and facilitate purchases
• Participate in ongoing training to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and complete necessary continuing education

Required qualifications:

• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing and CE compliant
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of inbound sales experience preferred
• Ability to work successfully in a full-time remote environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to navigate multiple quoting systems
