Licensed Insurance Sales Agent

Job Summary

To support a growing sales team, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will take inbound calls to assist customers in comparing prices and purchasing auto and home insurance while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound sales calls, guiding customers through insurance options
• Participate in comprehensive training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge
• Maintain compliance with licensing requirements and complete necessary continuing education

Required qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty license in good standing and CE compliant
• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of inbound sales experience preferred
• Ability to obtain multiple state licenses as a licensed sales agent
• Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated home office space required
