Job Summary

Engaging in a hybrid role focused on cross-selling and retention, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Agent will make outbound calls to policyholders, ensuring satisfaction and guiding them through plan benefits while also enrolling clients in Medicare products during peak times, all in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Make outbound calls to newly enrolled and existing policyholders to ensure satisfaction and guide them through plan benefits
  • Cross-sell products across Senior, Life, Auto & Home divisions while assisting with Medicare enrollments during peak periods
  • Utilize a proprietary CRM system and multiple technologies to manage client interactions effectively
Required qualifications
  • Active Life & Health or Accident & Health Insurance Producer License
  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Recent experience in insurance, call center, or sales preferred
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Hardwired high-speed internet connection with minimum download and upload speeds of 20mbps
