Job Summary
Seeking a Licensed Insurance Sales Agent for a fully remote position, where the agent will engage with prospective members about ancillary and supplemental insurance products, guiding them through enrollment while adhering to compliance-driven scripts and managing follow-ups.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct sales calls and walk prospective members through coverage options for dental, vision, accident, and disability insurance
- Adhere to compliance requirements and maintain a natural conversational tone during calls
- Manage a pipeline of prospects, consistently following up to convert leads into enrollments
Required qualifications
- Active Life and Health insurance license in good standing
- Proven experience in selling ancillary or supplemental insurance products with a history of meeting sales quotas
- Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM CST
- Reliable home internet and a quiet workspace for taking calls
- Strong resilience and self-motivation to maintain productivity in a high-volume sales environment
