Job Summary

A company is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative, Brokerage (Base Salary + Monthly Incentives).

Key Responsibilities

• Connect with potential customers to understand their insurance needs and recommend tailored coverage solutions
• Work with company-provided qualified leads to maximize sales opportunities and conversion rates
• Collaborate with underwriters and customer service teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
• Call or contact center experience (brokerage experience preferred)
