Job Summary

Connecting with prospective homeowners, the full-time Licensed Insurance Sales Representative will provide expert consultation on customized insurance policies using company-provided warm leads, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with potential customers via phone, email, and text to assess their insurance needs and recommend tailored solutions
• Communicate product features and benefits while guiding customers through the policy selection process
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities using CRM tools to maximize conversion rates

Required qualifications

• 1+ years of insurance sales experience in a fast-paced brokerage environment
• Active Property & Casualty license
• Strong understanding of insurance products and policy processes
• Experience using CRM platforms and sales tools
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
