Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Sales and Support Specialist (Hybrid).

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and warm leads, consulting with customers on their insurance needs
• Provide personalized customer care experience via multiple channels including phone, email, and chat
• Utilize the policy management system to perform transactions such as policy changes and corrections

Required Qualifications

• 1 - 2 years of call center experience interacting with prospects/customers
• Licensed Insurance Producer, or must obtain license within 8 weeks of employment (training provided)
• People-focused orientation with a passion for continuous learning
• Ability to deliver exceptional customer service
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
