Job Summary
Owning the customer relationship post-sale, the full-time Licensed Insurance Service Representative will manage policy changes, billing, cancellations, and renewals while collaborating with AI agents to enhance service delivery in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Managing the service queue for endorsements, address changes, driver additions, and proof of insurance
- Proactively addressing non-pay warnings, cancellations, and rate increases by re-shopping coverage across carriers
- Reviewing renewals to identify premium increases early and turning routine interactions into cross-selling opportunities
Required qualifications
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license
- Experience in personal-lines service, retention, or account management
- Demonstrated ability to follow through on customer inquiries until resolved
- Strong customer-first mindset focused on providing appropriate coverage
- Comfortable with technology and AI-assisted workflows
