Job Summary

Working remotely on a full-time basis, the Licensed Insurance Service Specialist will manage inbound service requests, facilitate sales opportunities, and counsel policyholders on coverage options and membership benefits.

Key responsibilities:
  • Execute and facilitate insured's service requests while identifying cross-selling opportunities
  • Review policies with policyholders through inbound calls, direct mail, and email prior to renewal
  • Document all interactions and serve as a liaison between customers, sales agents, and management
Required qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 3+ years of customer service and/or sales experience in an insurance environment
  • Active Property and Casualty or Personal Lines license required
  • Membership license required or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment
  • Availability to work Monday - Friday, 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Central Time with rotating Saturdays
