Job Summary

Serving as a primary point of contact for clients, the seasonal Licensed Insurance Specialist will manage inbound and outbound communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
  • Calmly resolve and de-escalate issues, escalating interactions when necessary
  • Track call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
Required qualifications
  • Possess a home state Life & Health Insurance License
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Comfortable with desktop computer systems and general knowledge of Windows-based systems
