Job Summary
Empowered to deliver exceptional service, the full-time Remote Licensed Insurance Specialist will manage high-volume inbound calls, providing expert guidance on insurance policies, billing, and claims while navigating multiple systems and collaborating with internal teams.
Key responsibilities:
- Handle high-volume inbound calls from policyholders and clients, offering support in both English and Spanish
- Resolve inquiries related to policies, billing, endorsements, and claims with professionalism and empathy
- Process and issue insurance documents, and investigate premium discrepancies and system issues efficiently
Required qualifications:
- Property and Casualty Insurance Producer/General or Personal Lines License (required)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or call center role within the insurance industry
- Proven ability to manage high call volumes while maintaining quality and professionalism
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and ability to learn new systems quickly
- Strong multitasking skills and capability to work independently with minimal supervision
