Job Summary
As a Licensed Insurance Specialist, Seasonal, the remote position will manage inbound and outbound client communications, utilizing web-based tools to resolve inquiries and ensure a positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities
- Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to address questions and concerns
- Resolve and de-escalate issues while tracking call-related information for auditing and reporting
- Provide assistance with payment processing and upsell services when required
Required qualifications
- Possess a home state Health Insurance License
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to type at least 25 words per minute and familiarity with Windows-based systems
