Licensed Insurance Transaction Analyst

Job Summary

To provide sophisticated risk advisory services to institutional clients, the full-time Licensed Insurance Transaction Analyst will manage pre-closing insurance and risk analysis for complex commercial real estate transactions while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Manage pre-closing insurance and risk analysis by liaising with lenders, borrowers, and brokers on loan originations
• Analyze proposed insurance coverage, identifying and communicating coverage gaps for resolution
• Create and submit client deliverables, including accurate risk assessments and documentation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Three or more years of property and casualty insurance brokerage experience
• In-depth knowledge of property and casualty insurance coverage terms, policy forms, and catastrophe modeling reports
• Transaction or deal management experience is a plus
• Valid Insurance License
