Job Summary

A company is looking for an Invoice Review Attorney for a short-term engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze invoices submitted by external legal counsel
• Identify excessive time entries and determine the nature of billed tasks
• Collaborate with the internal legal team to discuss findings and improve billing guidelines

Required Qualifications

• 5-10 years of legal practice experience
• Hands-on experience managing client invoicing and ensuring adherence to billing guidelines
• Strong understanding of law firm billing structures and practices
• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school
• Active bar admission in good standing in at least one U.S. state
