Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Civil Engineer - Renewables.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering design projects, coordinating with clients and internal teams
• Provide guidance and mentorship to engineers while ensuring high-quality design standards
• Develop comprehensive plans and specifications for utility-scale solar projects

Required Qualifications

• B.S. in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited program or equivalent
• Civil Professional Engineer (PE) registration required; NCEES Council Record preferred
• 8-10+ years of civil engineering experience, with 5+ years in utility-scale solar design preferred
• Proficiency in large-scale solar grading design and earthwork calculations required
• Experience with stormwater management and permitting highly desired
