Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Claims Specialist - General Liability - Major Case Unit.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis to investigate claims exposure and recommend settlement strategies
• Create reservation of rights and coverage denial letters, and negotiate settlements
• Document claim activity and coach or mentor lower-level adjusters

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma
• 7 or more years of related claims experience at a senior adjuster level
• Active adjusters' licenses in all states where claims are handled
• Knowledge of industry standards and practices
• Experience with claims and business software
