Licensed Lead Clinical Instructor
Job Summary
Leading clinical training initiatives, the full-time Licensed Lead Clinical Instructor will manage a team of Clinical Supervisors, design and deliver training programs, and provide clinical supervision to ensure high-quality evidence-based treatment for eating disorders in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and mentor a team of Clinical Supervisors, including performance evaluations and feedback
- Design and deliver live and e-learning training courses for multidisciplinary provider teams
- Conduct clinical supervision and provide feedback to licensed and pre-licensed therapists
Required qualifications
- Doctoral degree in a clinical mental health or related field
- Licensed in a clinical mental health field in at least one state
- Minimum of 3 years providing clinical supervision in evidence-based treatments
- Demonstrated expertise in one of Equip's three main treatment modalities (CBT-E, FBT, CBT-AR)
- Experience in live training and course development
