Job Summary

A company is looking for a Lead Commercial Counsel to manage all commercial contracting activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead negotiation and drafting of various customer and vendor agreements
• Improve the existing contracts playbook and enhance the contracts function
• Collaborate with Sales, Security, Finance, and Procurement to manage risk and deal velocity

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in commercial contracts, preferably in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity
• Strong negotiation skills and experience in creating or improving templates and playbooks
• JD and active license required
• Desire to embody core values such as curiosity, improvement, and transparency
