Licensed Legal Annotator

Job Summary

To contribute directly to the development of legal AI, a Licensed Legal Annotator will review and annotate legal content, assess AI-generated contract analysis, and provide structured feedback while working remotely on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities

• Review and annotate legal content used to train and evaluate AI models
• Assess AI-generated contract analysis for accuracy, completeness, and legal soundness
• Provide structured feedback to shape model improvements and partner with stakeholders to enhance evaluation frameworks

Required qualifications

• Licensed attorney in good standing in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• Experience supporting commercial, corporate, or transactional legal matters
• Ability to exercise legal judgment in ambiguous or novel situations
• Interest in how AI systems reason about legal language; prior legal tech experience is a plus
