Licensed Legal Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Consultant - Contract Negotiation (APAC, Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the negotiation of investment-related NDAs, Engagement Letters, joinder agreements, and non-reliance letters
• Manage the entire contract process from initial review and negotiation to document execution
• Collaborate with global lawyers and paralegals in fast-paced negotiations on pre-M&A contracts

Required Qualifications

• Licensed to practice Law in any APAC jurisdiction or an APAC-based expat with US/UK/European qualification
• Must be based in an APAC time zone
• 5+ years of corporate/transactional law experience, either in-house or in private practice
• Familiarity with asset managers, investment banks, or financial services firms is preferable
• Experience in independently negotiating investment-related NDAs and Engagement Letters
