Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team on a contract basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate a variety of contracts including NDAs, MSAs, and licensing agreements
• Advise on legal issues related to SaaS, data use, and intellectual property
• Provide guidance on regulatory compliance for privacy and data protection laws

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and licensed to practice in at least one U.S. jurisdiction
• 5+ years of legal experience in technology contracts, software licensing, or SaaS operations
• Experience with venture financing instruments and corporate disclosures
• Familiarity with M&A processes and transactional due diligence
• Strong knowledge of intellectual property and commercial contracting
