Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel I NAM.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft and review commercial and corporate agreements
• Provide timely legal advice on various topics including fintech and employment law
• Support HR, product, sales, and general litigation matters

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active bar membership
• 3-5 years of experience as a practicing attorney
• Strong knowledge of corporate law, contract law, and employment law
• Experience with mergers and acquisitions and commercial transactions preferred
• Ability to balance legal risks with business objectives in a fast-paced environment
