Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel (US-Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, negotiate, analyze, and provide legal advice on various contracts, particularly for technology-based products and services
- Monitor compliance with internal business and legal processes, escalating issues as necessary
- Collaborate with colleagues to identify regulatory issues and communicate business impact risks effectively
Required Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree
- Active bar admission in at least one state
- 8+ years of experience in legal practice
- Substantial experience with complex contract agreements
