Job Summary

A company is looking for a Fixed Term Employee.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and translate various agreements for internal and external clients
• Support sales/business teams during the RFP process and contract approvals
• Identify risk areas in contracts and work with business teams to seek necessary approvals

Required Qualifications

• Juris Doctor degree and licensed to practice law in any jurisdiction
• Experience in software licensing, preferably within a corporate legal department
• Strong skills in contract formation, preparation, drafting, and negotiation
• Ability to identify key risk and policy issues in transactional situations
• Basic understanding of United States software intellectual property law and practices
