Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support legal and regulatory aspects of its US operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support, negotiate, review, and draft SaaS agreements and related contracts
• Provide training and legal guidance to sales and other departments on compliance and risk exposure
• Stay updated on legal developments and assist in improving internal legal guidelines and practices

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited university with a strong academic record
• Qualified to practice law in the U.S
• 3+ years post-JD experience, preferably with government contracting
• Experience with corporate transactional documents and SaaS agreements
• Familiarity with navigating government contracts at various levels
