Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to join their US legal team.

Key Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements related to real estate, data centers, and energy
• Support real estate due-diligence processes and assist with project financing and secured transactions
• Provide legal support for complex transactions and manage external counsel across multiple projects

Required Qualifications

• J.D. degree from an accredited US law school; admitted to practice in at least one US state
• 6-8 years of relevant legal experience after bar admission
• Strong law firm background with experience in commercial real estate, energy matters, and data centers
• Proficient in drafting, negotiation, and managing multiple complex matters
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
