Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to support legal, compliance, and governance functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Review, draft, and negotiate various contracts and support M&A activities
• Coordinate FCC compliance filings and manage annual EEO filings
• Prepare Board meeting materials and manage document execution workflows

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Bar membership in good standing
• Strong drafting and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Preferred experience in media, entertainment, or broadcasting sectors
