Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel to serve as a strategic partner and legal advisor focused on financial products and partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise product and engineering teams on legal and regulatory aspects of product design and launch
• Develop and execute licensing and market entry strategies while providing regulatory guidance
• Provide comprehensive legal support across corporate governance, employment, privacy, and other legal matters

Required Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school and bar membership in good standing
• 7+ years of legal experience, with a significant fintech or financial services background
• Strong knowledge of financial services and payments regulations
• Proven ability to provide practical, business-oriented legal advice
• Experience working collaboratively with product, engineering, compliance, and business teams
