Licensed Legal Counsel
Job Summary
A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.
Key Responsibilities
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts related to healthcare, privacy, and security
- Assist with legal requirements throughout the sales cycle, including RFPs and RFIs
- Provide strategic legal counsel on commercial and compliance matters to internal clients
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited law school and passed a state bar exam
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
- Knowledge of business process outsourcing in healthcare or pharmacy benefits management is a plus
- Familiarity with healthcare regulations, particularly HIPAA
