Job Summary

A company is looking for a Legal Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

• Support a broad range of legal matters, including contract review, negotiation, and regulatory research
• Draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements, such as vendor and customer contracts
• Conduct legal research on emerging laws and collaborate with business leaders to provide legal advice

Required Qualifications

• J.D. and currently licensed to practice in good standing in the U.S
• 4+ years of in-house or corporate law firm experience
• Team-oriented, high-energy, and proactive
• Curiosity about core industries such as venture, national security, cyber, and healthcare
