Licensed Legal Counsel

Job Summary

Supporting the company's legal needs, the full-time remote Licensed Legal Counsel will review and negotiate contracts, provide legal advice, and assist with compliance and corporate governance matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Draft and negotiate various commercial contracts, including agreements with healthcare providers and vendors
• Provide legal counsel on disputes, risks, and potential liabilities while supporting mergers and acquisitions
• Conduct legal research and monitor changes in healthcare laws and policies to advise employees accordingly

Required qualifications:

• Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed to practice law in the U.S
• Corporate or healthcare legal experience preferred, ideally in a law firm or healthcare-related company
• Experience with legal research tools such as Lexis and Westlaw
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
