Job Summary

Seeking a dynamic and self-motivated Licensed Legal Counsel, the full-time remote attorney will negotiate, draft, and review technology and commercial contracts while providing legal guidance to business and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Negotiate, draft, and review various technology and commercial contracts, including software license and vendor agreements
• Collaborate with marketing teams on promotional materials and provide legal advice on related initiatives
• Assist in developing training programs and manage legal risks while supporting internal stakeholders' objectives

Required qualifications

• Law Degree from an accredited law school and a certificate of good standing
• 5-9 years of experience in-house at tech companies and at a reputable law firm
• Focus in commercial law and technology/licensing transactions
• Solid understanding of cloud and software technology
• Strong negotiating and drafting skills with exceptional attention to detail
