Job Summary
Providing strategic legal counsel for the Latin America & Caribbean region, the full-time Licensed Legal Counsel - Texas will manage commercial agreements, ensure compliance, and support franchise development while working in a hybrid environment from Plano, TX.
Key responsibilities
- Delivering timely legal advice and support for the LAC market, with occasional assistance for the EU and UK markets
- Structuring and negotiating commercial agreements while managing legal risk and compliance
- Coaching legal team members and fostering strong cross-functional partnerships to support business growth
Required qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) Degree from an ABA accredited law school or equivalent qualification
- 8+ years of legal experience in commercial or corporate law
- Proven ability to assess risks and develop effective risk mitigation strategies
- Strong capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
- High personal and professional integrity with excellent communication skills
